Job Summary: The Apprentice will assist the team with administrative tasks, document organization, spreadsheet completion, and verification of tax documents. Key Highlights: 1. What will be your responsibilities?* Organize documents under the department’s responsibility; * Assist the team with tasks and reporting; * Handle Excel spreadsheet entry and maintain them updated and organized; * Verify tax documents; * Assist with administrative routines related to the department; What are we looking for?* Young people who have completed or are currently pursuing high school; * Young people aged between 18 and 22 years old; * Young people who have not yet completed the Administrative Assistant course offered by CIEE; What would be a differentiator?* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Strong willingness to learn and grow; What will be your working hours?* 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM What will be your work model?* On-site.
