This is an opportunity for practical learning, with a focus on professional development in a dynamic, collaborative, and growth-oriented environment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Organizing and monitoring training sessions and development programs; * Supporting recruitment processes; * Managing and updating records and systems; * Participating in internal projects aimed at process improvement; * Conducting training and onboarding sessions for new employees. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in or having completed high school. * Interest in learning and developing within the field. * Strong communication skills, commitment, and proactivity. * No prior experience required. * Intermediate-level knowledge of Power BI and Excel is desirable. **Additional Information** * On-site meals. * Health insurance plan. * Transportation allowance. * Opportunity for permanent employment upon completion of the apprenticeship contract, subject to performance. * Ongoing training and mentoring.
