Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for handling purchases, obtaining quotations, price negotiation, purchase order preparation, delivery tracking, and reporting. Key Highlights: 1. Handling spot purchases and price negotiations. 2. Responsibility for purchase order preparation and delivery tracking. 3. Preparation of reports and organization of cloud-based files. ***Responsibilities:*** * Handling spot purchases; * Quotation requests from suppliers; * Price negotiation; * Purchase order preparation; * Delivery tracking; * Report preparation; * Cloud-based file organization; * Daily reporting to the Procurement Coordinator regarding daily requirements. ***Requirements:*** * Completed undergraduate degree in **Mechanical**, **Electrical**, or **Civil Engineering**.
