Identify and respond promptly to emergencies or operational interruptions **Job Description:** ---------------------- Monitor the production process during your shift, verifying equipment operation, assigning tasks to be performed, and supervising operators’ and assistants’ work. Supervise operators’ and assistants’ performance, providing guidance as needed to maintain workflow pace, quality, and productivity. Analyze daily production and quality reports to identify deviations from established production standards and implement corresponding corrective actions. Prepare reports on incidents occurring during your shift, conveying relevant information to the next Shift Supervisor. Prepare reports containing production data and machine downtime hours for performance tracking and control of machines, operators, and assistants, supporting overall production management. Guide personnel in your area regarding company regulations, work procedures, safety protocols, and other job-related matters. Identify causes of equipment malfunction and arrange necessary repairs as quickly as possible. Identify and respond promptly to emergencies or operational interruptions, taking required corrective measures. Report incidents to supervisors and collaborate in root cause investigations. Supervise workplace organization, hygiene, and cleanliness to maintain a conducive working environment. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed High School education.
