Responsibilities and Duties: * Responsible for the entire scope of project safety management during construction and installation phases. * Ensure compliance with local legislation and project standards. * Contract and supervise specialized companies for ergonomics, noise, ATEX, etc. assessments. * Lead internal and third-party safety technicians. * Evaluate SHE performance of contractors. * Organize training sessions and campaigns to engage contractors. * Prepare managerial reports and presentations for follow\-up on initiatives and indicators. * Organize and lead routine inspections and evaluations of third parties. * In-depth knowledge of risk analysis for construction-related activities. * Promote safety values and engage contractors. * Create and manage the project safety management plan: training, risk assessment, preliminary risk analysis, work permits, emergency plans, lifting plans, etc. * Ensure an appropriate and safe working environment. * Ensure adherence to the Golden Rules. * Develop project leadership on safety topics through coaching and site walks across work fronts. Requirements: * Minimum 5 years of experience in similar-scale projects within related industries; * Experience leading the full scope of safety management; * Experience leading multiple companies within the same project; * Experience in management positions; * Practical experience as a safety technician.
