Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Inspector to work on dry construction projects, ensuring technical compliance of execution processes and safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Support the production team and collaborate on continuous process improvement **About the Position** We are seeking a **Quality Inspector** to work on **dry construction** projects, with a focus on **Drywall and Steel Frame systems**. The professional will be responsible for ensuring technical compliance of execution processes, guaranteeing adherence to the company’s quality and safety standards and applicable technical regulations. **Responsibilities** * Conduct daily field inspections, monitoring assembly and finishing stages of dry systems; * Verify compliance of execution work with designs, technical specifications, and internal procedures; * Issue non-conformance reports, proposing corrective and preventive actions; * Maintain quality records, material traceability, and inspection checklists; * Support the production team regarding best construction practices and quality standards; * Ensure compliance with **ABNT NBR 15758 (Drywall)** and other applicable standards; * Collaborate with Engineering and Planning departments on continuous process improvement. **Requirements** * Technical education in Building Construction, Quality, or related fields (a bachelor’s degree is preferred); * Proven experience on **dry construction projects (Drywall, Steel Frame, ceilings, partitions)**; * Knowledge of technical standards and quality inspection and control procedures; * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail; * Willingness to travel between job sites (as required). **Preferred Qualifications** * Certifications or specialized training in Drywall / Steel Frame systems; * Experience in quality control at companies specializing in dry construction; * Familiarity with digital inspection and reporting tools.
