Responsibilities and Duties: * Conducting meetings aimed at gathering requirements and information to be used in developing project implementation plans. * Developing Work Breakdown Structures (WBS). * Developing activity lists for each project, based on the WBS. * Developing, controlling, and following up on detailed project schedules (individual and portfolio) and/or other project activities and actions. * Performing critical path analysis of schedules (Critical Path Methodology). * Developing project installation plans based on the 5W2H concept (What, Why, Where, Who, When, How, How much). * Developing, issuing, updating, and controlling project and/or portfolio progress curves/physical advancement. * Developing, issuing, following up, updating, and controlling actions established for each project (follow-up of the Engineering Master Action Plan). * Conducting measurements for assembly companies or service providers involved in projects within the portfolio. * Participating in Planning Meetings, Weekly Follow-ups, Technical Discussions, Design Reviews, etc. * Participating in departmental Engineering sectoral and/or strategic meetings. * Preparing Technical Meeting Minutes, Technical Reports, Charts, and Presentations. * Managing key project and/or portfolio KPIs. * Releasing work performed by service providers. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Automation, Chemical, Food). * Minimum 5 years of proven experience implementing projects in industrial production areas. * Proficiency in written and spoken English to directly interact with service providers and imported equipment manufacturers, as well as exchange information with them (schedules, physical progress reports, etc.).
