Perform site cleanup and organization **Job Description** We are seeking a **Masonry Assistant** to support construction site activities, contributing to the high-quality, organized, and safe execution of tasks. The professional will assist masons and the construction team across various stages of the building process, ensuring smooth progress on the construction site. **Responsibilities** * Assist in masonry, plastering, screeding, and finishing work; * Prepare and transport materials, tools, and equipment; * Prepare mortars, concrete, and other materials under supervision; * Assist in laying blocks, bricks, floor tiles, and wall tiles; * Perform site cleanup and organization; * Assist with minor repairs and maintenance as needed; * Comply with workplace safety regulations and best practices. **Requirements** * Completed elementary education; * Prior experience as a Masonry Assistant or on construction sites (preferred); * Willingness to perform physical labor; * Commitment, responsibility, and strong teamwork skills. **Employment Type** * **CLT – Full-time** * **Position type:** Permanent CLT **Benefits** * Transportation allowance (VT) * Meal allowance (VR) Position type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$2.080,19 - R$2.080,20 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
