Experience in project modeling and rendering 2. Experience in construction regularization with the municipal government 3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software * Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urban Planning, completed. * Experience in project modeling and rendering. * Experience in construction regularization with the municipal government. * Proficiency in the following tools: AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software. * Preferred: Driver's license category B.
