We are seeking a professional to provide individualized legal advisory services to cooperative members, offering technical guidance on legal aspects related to rural and corporate activities. The position involves supporting contract interpretation, clarifying legal obligations, proactively identifying legal risks, and assisting with document regularization processes, thereby contributing to the legal security of operations and enabling more informed decision-making by cooperative members.
* Provide individualized legal advisory services to cooperative members.
* Advise on the drafting, analysis, and interpretation of contracts (e.g., rural lease agreements, purchase and sale agreements, assignment of rights, among others).
* Clarify legal obligations associated with rural and corporate activities.
* Prepare technical advisory opinions when necessary.
* Proactively identify and mitigate legal risks.
* Support document regularization processes for properties and productive activities.
* Maintain technical communication with notary offices, public agencies, and regulatory entities, as needed.
* Monitor legislative and regulatory changes impacting cooperative members.
* Develop educational and informative initiatives on legal topics relevant to the agribusiness sector.
* Ensure alignment of guidance provided to cooperative members with the cooperative’s institutional guidelines.
* Represent cooperative members in judicial and extrajudicial proceedings, as required, subject to feasibility and management approval.
**Requirements**

You may stand out if you have:
* Bachelor’s degree in Law with active registration at the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
* Knowledge of legislation applicable to agribusiness, civil law, and contract law.
* Experience in analyzing and drafting contracts, particularly those related to rural activities (e.g., leasing, purchase and sale, assignment of rights, among others).
* Availability to work on-site in Pato Branco/PR.
