




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for customer service, system management, document issuance, and technical communication mediation. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service and support through multiple channels 2. System management and issuance of important documents 3. Mediation between customers and technical teams Responsibilities: Customer service via WhatsApp, phone, and email Updating and using the Lims system; Issuing additional reports; Registering customers in the system; Preparing commercial proposals; Mediating communication between customers and technical departments (laboratory, logistics, sales, and quality).
