PROCESS ANALYST (Abler)

Job Summary: A professional to optimize processes, map, model, and monitor KPIs, seeking continuous improvement and standardization. Key Highlights: 1. Identify process improvement opportunities and suggest process redesign. 2. Act as a facilitator in change management and implementation of improvements. 3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the success of initiatives. The company is seeking a Process Analyst in São José dos Pinhais. Abler is a technology and innovation solutions company that delivers services aimed at optimizing business processes and improving operational efficiency. **Responsibilities:** Collect, map, and model organizational processes. Develop and maintain up-to-date flowcharts, work instructions, and procedures. Identify process improvement opportunities and suggest process redesign. Conduct root cause analyses (Ishikawa, 5 Whys). Develop and monitor process performance indicators (KPIs). Support and/or lead the implementation of process improvements and automation. Ensure documentation standardization and organization. Act as a facilitator across departments, supporting change management and implementation of improvements. Ensure compliance of processes with internal policies and applicable legislation. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the success of initiatives. Previous experience as a Process Specialist, Process Consultant, Process Coordinator, or Process Manager may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
