Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and analytical professional to work in the HR Department and DHO, providing support in people management and ensuring legal compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Control and updating of documents and internal systems Ensure compliance with internal policies, labor legislation, and collective bargaining agreements. We seek an organized, proactive, and analytically minded professional to work in the HR Department and Organizational Human Development, supporting people management processes, ensuring legal compliance, information quality, and assistance to employees and managers. Main Responsibilities: * Perform HR Department routines: recruitment and onboarding, vacations, terminations, and timekeeping control; payroll reconciliation * Support DHO processes: recruitment and selection; integration of new employees; internal communication and endomarketing; Manage control and updating of documents, records, and internal systems. * Requirements: Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. Prior experience in HR Department and/or HR routines. Knowledge of labor legislation. Experience in timekeeping control, payroll, and benefits administration. Familiarity with ERP/HR systems is a plus, especially TOTVS Protheus and Ahgora. Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency.
