Job Summary:
This position supports the legal team in organizing documents, monitoring deadlines, preparing reports, and interfacing with external entities.

**LOCATION: JANDAIA DO SUL**
**Main Responsibilities and Activities**
* Assist in controlling and organizing contracts, notices, powers of attorney, and other legal documents;
* Monitor procedural and administrative deadlines, ensuring timely fulfillment of requirements;
* Support preparation of reports, simple petitions, announcements, and internal documents;
* Interface with third-party law firms, notary offices, courts, and public agencies as needed;
* Update legal management systems with information on cases, contracts, and pending items;
* Sort and prepare documents for audits, judicial proceedings, and internal requests;
* Assist in preliminary document review and verification of legal information;
* Perform other related duties as directed by leadership.
**Job Requirements / Education**
* Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in **Law** or related fields;
* Experience in the field.
**Technical Knowledge**
* Basic knowledge of Labor Law, Civil Law, and Contract Law (preferred);
* Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook);
* Familiarity with legal management systems and case tracking is a plus.
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT
Compensation: Starting from R$2.500,00 per month
