Come be part of this successful team! **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Monitor the overall purchasing flow, evaluating compliance with the process and ensuring that the flow occurs according to established standards; \- Receive products and verify they match the purchase order; \- Resolve pending issues and problems related to deliveries; \- Maintain records of all purchases made; \- Monitor processes within purchasing cells to ensure established standards are being followed; \- Analyze ongoing purchases; \- Monitor department budget progression to track expense development against purchasing demands; \- Purchase airline tickets and accommodations through specialized agencies; \- Track delivery status: The purchaser follows up on the delivery status of purchased products or services, ensuring deadlines are met and resolving any issues or delays that may arise; \- Ensure standardization in purchasing processes, providing support to requesting departments for the acquisition of products and/or services; \- Perform various administrative routines within the procurement area, such as registering suppliers, product registration, budget and purchase order control, invoice entry, document filing and storage.
