We are seeking a **Quality Assistant** to perform operational activities in Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with established standards and processes. **Main responsibilities:** * Monitor and approve imported products upon receipt for release to sales inventory; * Record and track product complaints and non-conformities; * Support internal and external certification audits; * Conduct quality inspections in internal company areas; * Validate commercial customer documents; * Approve calibration certificates and preventive maintenance according to the established schedule.
