Development of partnerships and growth strategies * Responsible for people management and unit performance; * Responsible for scheduling the team; * Manages and directs team activities; * Conducts evaluations with new customers; * Executes sales and repeat sales of laser hair removal packages; * Provides customer service and answers customer inquiries; * Handles customers to prevent contract cancellations; * Processes staff terminations; * Provides feedback and conducts follow-up; * Generates reports from the system; * Ensures proper operation and maintenance of the unit, as well as its hygiene and cleanliness; * Establishes partnerships and conducts customer prospecting; * Presents strategies and action plans to the field manager; * Reports team and performance information to the field manager; * Reports unit maintenance requirements.
