Job Summary: Professional responsible for managing people and unit results, including sales, customer service, and operational maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic and operational leadership of the unit * Responsible for managing people and unit results; * Responsible for scheduling team shifts; * Manages and directs team activities; * Conducts evaluations with new customers; * Executes sales and resales of laser hair removal packages; * Provides customer service and clarifies customer inquiries; * Handles customer issues to prevent contract cancellations; * Processes staff terminations; * Provides feedback and conducts follow-up; * Extracts reports from the system; * Ensures proper functioning and maintenance of the unit, including hygiene and cleaning; * Establishes partnerships and performs client prospecting; * Presents strategies and action plans to the field manager; * Reports team and performance information to the field manager; * Reports unit maintenance needs.
