Maintain continuous professional updating, connecting content to the world of work. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Deliver theoretical activities in accordance with the pedagogical plan and institutional guidelines of CIEE/PR. * Ensure adherence to the schedule, workload, and content outlined in the training pathway. * Monitor learners' attendance on theoretical training days. * Apply assessment tools and monitor learners' performance. * Identify individual or collective difficulties and refer pedagogical needs to the multidisciplinary team when necessary. * Participate in pedagogical meetings, internal training sessions, and institutional alignment sessions. * Prepare teaching materials according to lesson plans and ensure their appropriate use. * Maintain alignment with labor market demands, promoting practical contextualization of content. * Support institutional processes related to professional learning. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience in teaching, training, or group facilitation, preferably with adolescents and young people. * Professional experience aligned with the technical area of the course delivered. * Experience in designing and implementing assessments or formative activities. * Familiarity with active learning methodologies and teaching resources. * Experience in educational environments, social projects, or professional training programs will be considered a plus. Centro de Integração Empresa\-Escola do Paraná (CIEE/PR) was founded on August 14, 1967\. It originated from an initiative by a group of educators and entrepreneurs concerned about the misalignment between professional training and students’ readiness to enter the workforce. Since 1967, CIEE/PR has worked to integrate young people into the labor market. Through apprenticeship and internship programs, capacity-building and citizenship courses, and social programs, the institution contributes to the economic and social development of the state. With 39 operational units distributed across all regions of Paraná, CIEE/PR serves an average of 30,000 interns and 5,600 apprentices per month and has received approximately 30 Public Utility titles. It holds dozens of registrations with Municipal Councils for Children and Adolescent Rights and Municipal Councils for Social Assistance—essential conditions enabling it to fulfill its mission of strengthening human and social development.
