Job Summary: Manage and support the Tasy ERP system, including technical support, issue analysis and mitigation, process mapping, and impact assessment for optimization. Key Highlights: 1. Process mapping and optimization of Tasy usage **Job Description:** ---------------------- Management and support of the Tasy ERP system; technical support to staff for systems and infrastructure. Identify, analyze, and mitigate issues related to system changes and configurations; perform process/department mapping and assist with parameterization when required; assess impacts of changes and propose improvements; deepen business understanding to optimize Tasy usage and support departments. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field; Proficiency in SQL; Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, including: Computer networking; Computer formatting and maintenance; Installation and configuration of printers and operating systems. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Bachelor’s degree completed in related fields.
