Monitor departmental performance indicators Manage the end\-to\-end procurement process, from identifying needs through order receipt and final verification; Manage a high-volume portfolio of demands, products, and SKUs; Plan purchases and replenishments based on product turnover, sales history, available inventory, minimum stock levels, delivery lead times, and commercial forecasts; Develop procurement and pricing strategies jointly with Finance and Commercial departments; Support the Commercial team with information regarding costs, margins, availability, delivery timelines, and supply terms; Collaborate closely with Logistics to ensure supply, warehousing, and adherence to delivery deadlines; Monitor purchase orders, proactively addressing delays, discrepancies, or stockout risks; Verify purchase orders to ensure compliance with internal requests, approved proposals, and negotiated terms; Develop and monitor departmental performance indicators, such as savings, average delivery time, stockouts, inventory turnover, stock coverage, service level, margin, and supplier performance.
