Recognized among Brazil’s Best NGOs, we stand out for transparency, regulatory compliance, and recognition by Great Place to Work (GPTW), which certifies us as one of Paraná’s best workplaces and among the top 15 institutions in the country’s third sector. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** · Provide care, follow-up, and stimulation to beneficiaries of the organization regarding bodily functions through land-based physiotherapy, respiratory physiotherapy, hydrotherapy, hippotherapy, and pediasuit, thereby enhancing functionality and independence, and promoting their well-being and quality of life. · Conduct daily physiotherapy sessions with beneficiaries and external patients referred for outpatient care at the organization. · Document appropriate clinical progress notes in the electronic medical records system (PEP/Tasy). · Perform initial and ongoing assessments of therapeutic plans for beneficiaries and external patients, monitoring their progress in physiotherapy-related aspects and making necessary adjustments. · Assess functional deficits in beneficiaries and external patients to develop the most appropriate therapeutic plan. · Promote appropriate motor patterns by improving strength, motor coordination, and balance through targeted exercises. · Conduct respiratory stimulation exercises with beneficiaries and/or external patients to restore affected functions. · Prevent deformities and atrophies by optimizing and maximizing preserved functions. · Prevent new contractures and deformities by stimulating and refining motor skills. · Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expertise relevant to the field of physiotherapy to enhance care and treatment for beneficiaries and/or external patients. · Collaborate with the technical team in evaluating requests for admission of new beneficiaries. · Support onboarding of new staff by sharing information pertinent to the physiotherapy area. · Develop and deliver training sessions and symposia—jointly with the Permanent Education Nucleus (NEP)—to organization staff on topics relevant to physiotherapy. · Attend meetings to establish work guidelines aimed at promoting and supporting the implementation of patient/beneficiary safety initiatives. · Participate in committees, working groups, or task forces to define priorities for implementing the quality management system, as well as to identify solutions for increasing productivity, improving quality, and optimizing processes. **JOB REQUIREMENTS** · Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy. · Active and valid registration with the Regional Physiotherapy Council (CREFITO-8). · Postgraduate specialization in Neurological Physiotherapy, Neurofunctional Physiotherapy, and/or Respiratory Physiotherapy is preferred. · Completion of Kinesio Taping training is preferred. **WORK SCHEDULE, COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS** * Salary: BRL 4,074.00 * Meal allowance: BRL 555.00 * On-site meals * CLT employment contract * Pharmacy allowance * Birthday day off * Well Hub (GymPass) * Transportation allowance or free parking (if commuting by car) * Career development opportunities * Working hours: Sunday: 8:00 AM–2:15 PM; Monday–Thursday: 3:45 PM–10:00 PM *This position is also open to persons with disabilities.
