We foster purposeful relationships among cities, staff, and guests. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Greet customers, present the menu, and explain dish and beverage options; * Take orders and inform customers of estimated wait times; * Serve orders at the table carefully and attentively, ensuring accuracy as requested; * Restock beverages and provide ongoing support to customers during meals; * Clean and organize tables before customers arrive and after they depart; * Arrange cutlery, napkins, and glasses to maintain a pleasant environment; * Present the bill to customers, clarify questions regarding the amount, collect payment, inform about available payment methods, and issue receipts; * Assist in organizing the dining area by adjusting tables and chairs as needed; * Communicate special orders to the kitchen and coordinate with the team for seamless restaurant operations. **REQUIRED SKILLS** * Prior experience in this role; * Strong interpersonal skills with customers and colleagues; * Agility and efficiency, especially during peak hours; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Good memory for orders and customer preferences. **WE OFFER** * A collaborative work environment; * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * TotalPass (access to gyms and wellness facilities).
