




Description: About the position:* Work as a waiter in a restaurant, bar, or similar establishment, providing high-quality service to customers. * Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient, courteous, and personalized service. Main responsibilities:* Greet customers, present the menu, and clarify questions regarding dishes and beverages. * Accurately record orders and forward them to the kitchen or bar. * Serve food and beverages appropriately, ensuring quality and presentation. * Maintain organization and cleanliness of tables and the work environment. * Handle customer complaints and requests politely and efficiently. * Assist in restocking materials and utensils required for service. Mandatory requirements:* Previous experience as a waiter or in customer service within restaurants or bars. * Strong communication skills and ability to interact with the public. * Agility and organizational skills in delivering service. * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Desirable requirements (advantage):* Knowledge of customer service and sales techniques. * Formal training in waiting or customer service. * Experience with electronic ordering systems.
