Institutional onboarding and follow-up of new employees ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** **Endomarketing** Plan and execute internal campaigns, announcements, engagement and recognition initiatives. Create content for internal communication (e\-mail, bulletin boards, corporate social networks). Support internal events, commemorative dates, and climate initiatives. Maintain and align company culture and values. Training **Identify training needs in collaboration with leadership.** Develop materials, content, and presentations. Deliver in-person and online training. Monitor learning indicators (attendance, satisfaction, effectiveness). Organize schedules, logistics, and departmental records. New Employee Integration **Conduct institutional and operational onboarding.** Ensure updates to onboarding materials and workflows. Monitor the new employee's experience during the adaptation period. Act as a facilitator for interdepartmental communication throughout the process. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** Previous experience in Training & Development or Endomarketing. Strong communication skills, creativity, and ability to lead group sessions. Organizational and planning capabilities. Proficiency with presentation tools (PowerPoint, Canva, etc.).
