Activities: * Handle low- to medium-complexity technical support tickets; * Identify and resolve issues reported by customers; * Escalate more complex incidents to Level 2 Support Analyst; * Document support interactions; * Provide initial customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction and service quality; * Document and update the knowledge base; * Schedule training sessions. Requirements: * Experience working directly with end customers; * Basic business knowledge in the finance area (accounts payable and receivable, cash flow, etc.); * ERP knowledge.
