Activities: * Perform basic technical configurations and installations; * Identify simple issues and propose solutions during implementation; * Assist in creating reports and documentation; * Document daily processes and activities carried out during each implementation; * Support implementation interns; * Carry out implementations of additional services for existing customers; * Conduct online meetings with new customers to identify, validate, and present implementation processes—including the final schedule; * Document and update the knowledge base. Requirements: * Basic/general IT knowledge (networks, operating systems, hardware, etc.); * Experience in system configuration and implementation; * Strong communication skills; * Availability for occasional weekend work; * Availability for travel; * Availability for occasional night-shift work; * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in technology-related fields (e.g., Systems Analysis and Development, IT Management, etc.).
