




Job Summary: A customer service and sales professional responsible for managing unit operations, supervising teams, and optimizing processes. Key Highlights: 1. In-person and telephone customer service, sales, and after-sales support 2. Store management, cash control, and team supervision 3. Support in recruitment, training, and sales enhancement **Responsibilities:** Serve members in person and by phone, collect monthly dues, conduct sales, process plan transfers, and handle after-sales activities. Manage store opening and closing procedures, operational costs, and consumable supplies. Control cash, bank deposits, and courier package dispatches. Sell or lease burial plots, cremation add-ons, and work on cancellation reversals. Enroll and remove members. Manage receipt and delivery of payment booklets, membership cards, and kits. Schedule ambulances and administer orthopedic support services. Supervise the team, resolve conflicts, and ensure excellence in customer service. Support recruitment, performance evaluations, and training initiatives. Monitor attendance records, uniforms, and encourage participation in corporate university programs. Enhance sales methodology and contribute to training sessions and institutional videos. Support events and partner engagement. Implement the 5S process, maintaining unit cleanliness and upkeep. Comply with LGPD guidelines when handling documents and information.
