Opportunity to engage in organizing and controlling logistics processes **3J Transportes** is seeking an **Operational Leader for the 3rd Shift**, a professional responsible for monitoring, organizing, and ensuring the execution of operational activities during the night shift, guaranteeing productivity, safety, delivery quality, and compliance with internal processes. Main Responsibilities * Lead the shift's operational team, guiding assistants, checkers, and other operational staff; * Monitor loading, unloading, order picking, verification, and goods handling; * Ensure proper adherence to internal logistics operation procedures; * Support organizing routes, loads, and shift operational priorities; * Verify documentation, cargo volumes, discrepancies, and operational issues; * Monitor team productivity and address performance deviations; * Ensure correct use of PPE and compliance with safety regulations; * Maintain organization of the yard, docks, cold room, and operational areas; * Facilitate communication among drivers, checkers, dispatch, and management; * Record incidents, delays, damages, absences, overages, and discrepancies; * Monitor operational KPIs such as productivity, loading, delays, returns, and delivery failures; * Report major shift events to the responsible manager. Requirements * Prior experience in operational leadership, logistics, transportation, warehousing, or dispatch; * Experience managing teams during the night shift is a plus; * Knowledge of cargo verification, route planning, loading, and dispatch; * Proficiency with operational systems, spreadsheets, and internal controls; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and sense of urgency; * Leadership profile, firm demeanor, and problem-solving capability; * Availability to work the 3rd shift. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in transporting perishable, frozen, and refrigerated food; * Knowledge of cold rooms, cross-docking, picking, and less-than-truckload (LTL) transportation; * Familiarity with the SSW system; * Experience managing delivery receipts, incidents, and delivery issue resolution. Compensation: R$3.800,00 - R$5.279,92 per month Work Location: On-site
