Coordinate transportation of bulky products, ensuring appropriate packaging **Job Description: Logistics Analyst** The **Lousatec** seeks a professional to restructure, organize, and lead the logistics department with strategic focus and autonomy. The professional will be responsible for planning the distribution of school boards, ensuring efficient deliveries, safe transportation of bulky items, and optimization of operational costs. **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Distribution Logistics:** Coordinate shipping and transportation of boards and whiteboards (bulky and sensitive products), ensuring appropriate packaging to prevent damage. * **Freight and Route Management:** Request quotes, negotiate, and monitor deliveries to educational institutions, distributors, and end customers across various regions. * **Logistics Planning:** Collaborate with the PCP team to align manufacturing deadlines with the shipping schedule. * **KPI Management:** Monitor indicators such as freight cost per unit, transportation damage rate, and on-time in-full (OTIF) delivery performance. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education:** Completed or ongoing Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * **Experience:** Prior experience in the industrial sector or in transporting large-scale/sensitive products. * **Skills:** Analytical ability, problem-solving focus, spatial cargo organization, and strong communication skills for negotiations with carriers. **Desirable (Preferred)** * Basic knowledge of tax legislation and issuance of fiscal invoices/transport documents (CT\-e/MDF\-e). **What We Offer** * Salary: R$ 2\.500,00 * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Assistance * Food Allowance after probation period Payment: R$2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel Assistance * Food Allowance * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance Work Location: On-site
