If you love what you do, join our team! **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Completed undergraduate degree in Information Systems or related fields \- Knowledge of SAP ERP, preferably in one or more modules (SD, MM, FI or similar) \- Experience or exposure to user support and ticket handling \- Basic knowledge of SAP-related business processes (procurement, sales, billing, finance, etc.) \- Familiarity with standard SAP transactions and system navigation \- Understanding of error analysis, system messages, and problem identification \- Availability to work the second shift (2:00 PM to 10:20 PM\) **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:** Provide first-level support to SAP users, analyze tickets and incidents, identify root causes of issues, and apply fixes where possible. Support monitoring of system processes, error analysis, basic configurations, and testing of improvements.
