Job Summary: The Shipping Assistant is responsible for organizing, collecting, storing, handling, weighing, and identifying materials, as well as assisting with loading/unloading and maintaining the department. Key Highlights: 1. Maintaining organization and cleanliness in the shipping department. 2. Handling and identifying materials using appropriate equipment. 3. Sorting, verifying, and transferring materials. **➡ Position: Shipping Assistant – Francisco Beltrão/PR** **Main Responsibilities:** * Keep the shipping department and loading yard clean and organized; * Under no circumstances may the operator attempt any maintenance actions, such as mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic repairs. * The department responsible for such actions must be notified immediately upon detection of any equipment abnormality. * Collect materials from various departments; store materials in a manner that prevents damage; * Immediately report any damage to the supervisor; * Handle materials using appropriate equipment, such as electric and manual pallet jacks; * Weigh materials, distinguishing between net and gross weight per procedures; identify and sort materials for shipment according to customer requests (consignment); * Perform physical and system-based sorting and verification according to consignment; assist with truck loading and unloading; * Assist with vehicle tarping when requested; * Record material entries, exits, and transfers in the system, directing physical placement per the planned layout; * Complete the equipment checklist (electric pallet jack), submit it to the maintenance department, request signature, and immediately notify the supervisor if required; * If incorrect identification is detected—for example, wrong net/gross weight, erasures, quality release, production reporting, or non-compliant palletizing—do not process material entry and notify the responsible department immediately. **Required Qualifications:** * Completed high school education; * Category AB driver's license. **Behavioral Traits:** * Proactivity; * Attention to detail; * Clear and precise communication; * Good time management. **Benefits:** * On-site cafeteria; * Company-provided transportation; * Group life insurance in case of accidents; * Attendance bonus, granted as meal vouchers per the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) attendance criteria; * Semiannual profit-sharing and results participation per the annual policy; on-site occupational physician; * Discount on Panelux products; * Partnerships with pharmacies, gyms, and educational institutions offering special discounts.
