The Flor de Laranjeira has initiated the selection process for the **CUMIM** position, seeking professionals who view service as an experience—acting with professionalism, rhythm, and intention while representing the brand with excellence and respect toward customers. Here, service is not merely about serving—it’s about transforming every table into a meaningful encounter. **Job Responsibilities** * Greet and serve customers clearly, courteously, and skillfully * Make accurate suggestions of dishes and beverages according to Flor standards * Open, manage, and close tables following established procedures * Maintain the dining area organized, clean, and rhythmically managed throughout the shift * Assist in setting up, restocking, and organizing service stations * Maintain constant communication with management, kitchen, and bar staff * Adhere to operational standards, professional conduct, and posture guidelines * Represent the Flor de Servir culture in every interaction **Working Hours and Days Off** * Work schedule: **Tuesday to Sunday** * **Fixed day off every Monday** * **One Sunday off per month** * After 3 months of employment: **triple day off**, granting an additional Tuesday off each month **Compensation** **R$ 2,000.00 per month (base salary)** **+ Commission based on operations** Employment type: **CLT (permanent contract)** **Benefits** * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher * **Monthly commission** **Working Hours** **10:00 AM to 7:00 PM** Schedule: **Tuesday to Sunday** **Mandatory Requirements** * Prior experience as a waiter or restaurant server * Clear communication and professional demeanor * Operational rhythm and ability to work under pressure * Skill in suggesting dishes and beverages with intention and technique * Organization, punctuality, and responsibility * Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and respect hierarchy * Commitment to internal processes and house standards Employment type: CLT (permanent contract) Benefits: * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Employment type: CLT (permanent contract) Compensation: R$2,000.00 – R$3,650.00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Work location: On-site
