Follow recipes and production standards to ensure consistency in flavor and presentation. Sanitize utensils, equipment, and work areas. Assist in organizing inventory of supplies and raw materials. Develop new recipes or dessert combinations when requested. Previous experience as a Baker, Pastry Chef, Pastry Assistant, or Dessert Specialist may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this position. High school diploma required.
