Join us in this transformation! **Location: Iguaçu Saneamentos \- Francisco Beltrão \- PR** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor, in real time, the operation of the sanitary sewage system (pumping stations, collector networks, and operational units) via the CCO; * Monitor levels, flow rates, alarms, and operational indicators through supervisory systems; * Mobilize field teams during emergencies, operational failures, or corrective maintenance; * Record incidents, interventions, and operational events in systems and reports; * Ensure operational continuity and efficiency, minimizing environmental and operational impacts; * Support operational data analysis for continuous process improvement; * Comply with operational procedures, technical standards, and safety requirements. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills (Excel, operating systems); * Availability to work on rotating shifts/shift schedules; * Strong communication skills, sense of urgency, and decision-making ability.
