* Prepare classic drinks according to technical specifications and house standards; * Provide full bar service, offering drink suggestions; * Manage inventory, record losses, and request restocking; * Organize the bar, ensuring cleanliness, mise en place, and aesthetics; * Train junior bartenders in bar practices; * Prepare ingredients (syrups, fruits, cordials, garnishes, etc.); * Monitor technical specifications and ensure drink standardization; * Collaborate with kitchen and dining room teams to integrate service. High school diploma required; Experience as a bartender and knowledge of cocktail techniques; Sommelier/bartender certification is a plus.
