The opportunity to represent the brand's culture in every interaction. **JOB – BARISTA Flor de Laranjeira – Curitiba/PR** The Flor de Laranjeira is launching its selection process for the **Barista** position — a professional responsible for preparing beverages with skill, rhythm, and care, preserving the essence of our brand: hospitality, consistency, and high standards. We seek someone passionate about coffee, dedicated, organized, and sensitive in customer service. **Job Responsibilities** * Prepare espressos, hot beverages, cold beverages, and filtered brews * Texture milk with quality and consistency * Organize and maintain the counter clean, well-stocked, and aligned with house standards * Operate machines and equipment responsibly * Perform proper cleaning of portafilters, group heads, steam wands, and other items * Assist in preparing specialty beverages and bakery items when needed * Maintain rhythm, communication, and alignment with kitchen, dining area, and manager * Represent Flor culture in every customer interaction **Working Hours and Days Off** * Work schedule: **Tuesday to Sunday** * **Fixed day off every Monday** * **One Sunday off per month** * After 3 months of employment: **triple day off**, granting an additional Tuesday off each month **Compensation** **R$ 2,100.00 per month (base salary)** **+ Commission based on operations** Employment type: **CLT (permanent contract)** **Benefits** * Meal allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher * **Monthly commission** **Working Hours** **10:00 AM to 7:00 PM** Schedule: **Tuesday to Sunday** **Mandatory Requirements** * Prior experience as a barista * Proficiency in espresso extraction and milk steaming * Familiarity with filtered brewing methods (drip, V60, French press, AeroPress) * Professional demeanor, presence, and excellent personal presentation * Ability to work at a steady pace and handle high-intensity operational flow * Clear communication and ability to welcome customers * Organization and discipline regarding counter cleanliness and routine * Commitment to house processes and standards Employment type: CLT (permanent contract) Compensation: R$2,200.00 – R$4,300.00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher
