Job Summary: This position offers the opportunity to support recruitment and selection activities, employee onboarding, and administrative HR routines at a major company. Key Highlights: 1. At Coca-Cola FEMSA, every day is an opportunity to learn and grow. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Responsibilities:** * Support recruitment and candidate selection activities. * Resume screening and interview scheduling. * Assist in onboarding new employees. * Direct interaction with candidates, providing information about selection processes. * Support in organizing documents and administrative processes related to the HR area. * Assistance in preparing reports and tracking selection indicators. * Support in daily HR department routines as needed. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Prerequisites** Currently enrolled in or completed high school; Availability to work between 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM **Skills** Strong organizational sense; Good verbal and written communication skills; Curiosity and proactivity to learn. **Additional Information** **What We Offer** * Transportation allowance (VT); * On-site meal or meal voucher (VR) on training days; **Inside Coca-Cola FEMSA Brazil** We are one of the world’s largest manufacturers by sales volume of The Coca-Cola Company products.
