There are many opportunities to grow with us and establish your career! **Responsibilities and duties** **Document Organization and Management** Assist in organizing and digitizing documents, managing physical and electronic files, updating internal spreadsheets and forms. Support the registration of information and compliance with the company's defined storage standards, ensuring data is always up to date, secure, and easily accessible to other team members. **Administrative Support** Support administrative routines across different departments by collaborating on tasks such as entering and verifying information in internal systems, filling out reports, material tracking, internal customer service, and supporting interdepartmental communications. Participate in simple processes related to organization, recording, and monitoring requests, developing a broad understanding of corporate operations. **Additional Activities** Contribute to other activities according to the needs of the assigned area, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to learn new tasks. Participate in training sessions and guidance programs focused on professional development and practical experience of the company’s values and culture.
