Please review the required qualifications and submit your resume... * Support planning, development, and implementation of onboarding program activities and materials for new employees; prepare and present materials and content related to the hotel; collect signatures on admission documents; * Conduct and monitor employee onboarding within their assigned department; develop and update the onboarding form, performance evaluation form, and documentation related to the probationary period; * Send and monitor the performance evaluation form distributed to supervisors for completion, and request timely submission; * Identify, synthesize, and analyze training needs gathered from departmental leaders, verifying alignment with the employee’s position, as well as departmental and hotel objectives and strategies; * Plan and organize logistics for training delivery, define the training schedule, support the design and structuring of internally delivered trainings and those provided by contracted external vendors, and assist in procedures necessary for hiring such professionals; * Develop and prepare materials and resources required for training delivery, such as lesson plans, instructional materials, etc., and issue certificates for internally delivered trainings; * Register, update, and support the development and structuring of learning pathways aligned with competencies required for each position; * Implement and support the design and structuring of employee engagement initiatives to encourage participation in hotel-provided trainings; * Register and update control tools for departmental demands, such as KPIs, among others; * Develop procedures, manuals, and standards related to processes implemented in the hotel’s operational department; * Prepare, issue, and verify documents and reports relevant to the department, with validation from the immediate manager, supporting systematization, organization, and updating of such documents; * Provide service to internal and external stakeholders, guiding them on procedures, processes, policies, and regulations of the department; * Stay updated on legislation, trends, and innovations in the field, as well as applicable regulations and procedures; * Provide support to the immediate supervisor and team, and perform related duties. * Bachelor’s degree completed in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields; → Bachelor’s degree completed in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields; → Proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office Suite; → Knowledge/experience with HR subsystems. → Strong communication skills; Proactivity; Resilience; Punctuality; Responsibility; Attendance; Employment type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$3.030,00 – R$3.570,00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Free parking * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
