It provides people management solutions for various organizations. **Responsibilities:** Plan, execute, and monitor the complete lifecycle of industrial projects, from feasibility studies to final delivery. Develop projects for machines, equipment, industrial facilities, tools, and components. Create projects for assembly lines, software, equipment, and support structures. Draft standards, technical specifications, and standardizations. Conduct research and development of components, analyzing manufacturing alternatives and suppliers. Provide technical support to Production and Maintenance departments. Manage project schedules, KPIs, deliverables, and other project phases. Report on the technical and financial status of projects, including risks, action plans, and forecasts.
