The Junior SDR (Sales Development Representative) is responsible for supporting RHGestor by Solides' growth by generating and qualifying new business opportunities. You will be the first point of contact between our potential customers and the solutions that transform HR into a strategic department. Here, you will play a fundamental role within the sales team, with a strong emphasis on learning, technical development, and constant progression—engaging in active prospecting, lead qualification, and guiding leads to the next stage of the sales funnel. A bit more about your day-to-day responsibilities: .Conduct active prospecting (cold calls, e\-mails, and social media) to acquire new customers; .Follow the outreach script (PIT), ensuring clear, empathetic, and value-oriented communication; .Qualify leads by gathering essential information such as: number of employees, HR structure, main pain points, use of other tools, and payroll systems; .Handle initial objections, spark lead interest, and steer conversations toward the next stage of the commercial journey; .Introduce the company and its differentiators during the first contact via phone, e\-mail, or social media; .Guide leads to the call-to-action, scheduling the demo with the Sales Closer; .Track conversion metrics (current target: 8%, increasing to 10% next semester); .Participate in training sessions, alignment meetings, and SDR micro-training sessions focused on continuous development in sales and communication. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ .Currently enrolled in or having completed a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields; .Strong verbal and written communication skills; .Interest in learning about Inbound and/or Outbound sales processes; .Proactive, organized profile with a strong desire to grow within the commercial field; .Ability to follow established processes, scripts, and team guidance. **Desirable Requirements:** --------------------------.Prior experience in customer service, sales, or prospecting; .Interest in or knowledge of the SaaS, technology, or HR solutions sectors; .Familiarity with CRM systems (Meetime is a plus). **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- INDIFFERENT **Benefits:** --------------- Here, you’ll find more than just benefits—you’ll find genuine care!
