People development and organizational climate This professional will be responsible for managing a production shift team. Must ensure compliance with the production plan while promoting a culture of safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Reports directly to the Production Coordinator. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure achievement of operational indicators through execution of the action plan, thereby meeting departmental and shift targets. * Guarantee compliance with company-established safety rules and procedures to ensure the safety of all personnel within the area. * Plan, organize, and supervise production activities according to established specifications and procedures, pursuing and aiming for continuous improvement. * Select and train workforce based on defined process requirements to ensure adherence to production process standards. * Pursue excellence in organizational climate through participative management and consistent application of the Code of Conduct, targeting results and area sustainability. * Manage the team using people management tools to develop the team and ensure a healthy work environment. * Promote continuous improvements in the workplace and processes through evaluation of workstations and appropriate resources, aiming to increase profitability. * Ensure environmental, quality, and social responsibility standards in accordance with the scope of responsibility, interacting with other departments when necessary to guarantee a sustainable process. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or Administration. * Prior experience as a team leader, foreman, or supervisor in an industrial manufacturing environment. * Knowledge of performance and quality indicators. * Practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S, and quality tools. * Experience with ERP systems and digital management tools. **Additional Information** **Work Location**: Castro \- Paraná **Working Hours**: 07:30 \- 16:48 **We care about the well\-being of our Feras and offer benefits such as:** * Meal allowance; * Year\-end bonus; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Private pension plan; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass); * Birthday day\-off; * Citizen company: extended maternity and paternity leave. * Discount on our products; * Annual bonus (profit sharing); * Up to 50% discount on medications; * Health programs.
