We seek an **Attorney with proven experience in Banking Law – Plaintiff** to work in a **FULLY ON-SITE format**. The professional will be responsible for managing judicial proceedings in the field of **Banking Law**, acting as plaintiff, drafting procedural documents, monitoring deadlines, and providing strategic support for the firm’s matters. A technically sound, organized, and goal-oriented approach is expected, ensuring efficiency, legal quality, and strict adherence to procedural deadlines. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Representation in civil banking litigation (plaintiff); * Drafting and reviewing initial pleadings, defenses, appeals, and other procedural documents; * Strict control and compliance with procedural deadlines; * Case monitoring and updating of legal systems; * Analysis of legal proceedings and banking documents; * Strategic involvement aimed at achieving results and enhancing legal performance. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Law; Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); Proven experience working at a law firm; Solid experience in **Banking Law – civil litigation**; Essential hands-on experience in drafting pleadings and deadline management. **Additional Information** Business hours Remuneration to be negotiated We invite you to join a dynamic and talented team where you can develop your skills and advance professionally.
