We are seeking an intern to support the execution of HR processes, helping organize daily routines and supporting various departmental initiatives. Responsibilities * Support recruitment and selection processes (candidate screening, scheduling, and candidate communication) * Organization of HR documents and administrative routines * Support in onboarding and offboarding procedures * Support in organizing internal training sessions and initiatives * Support in internal communication and engagement activities * Updating departmental tracking records and spreadsheets Requirements * Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Organized and detail-oriented * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Qualifications * Interest in recruitment and selection * Prior academic or professional experience with administrative or HR routines Additional Information * Position Type: Internship * Work Model: On-site Compensation: R$1\.200,00 per month Work Location: On-site
