Job Summary: A generalist HR professional responsible for operating across all HR subsystems—from recruitment and selection to personnel administration and development—ensuring compliance and strategic partnership. Active participation in HR projects. **Key Responsibilities and Duties:** * Serve as a generalist across all HR subsystems; * Execute end-to-end recruitment and selection processes: job profile alignment, job posting, candidate screening, interviews, technical assessments, and onboarding of new employees. * Manage personnel administration routines: hiring, terminations, time tracking, leaves of absence, vacation management, and coordination with accounting. * Administer employee benefits, including enrollment, removal, vendor communications, and contract monitoring. * Support training and development programs, from needs assessment to outcome evaluation. * Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and programs, as well as compliance with labor legislation. * Act as a strategic partner to managers and employees—resolving requests, providing guidance, and proposing improvements. * Actively participate in the design, implementation, and monitoring of HR projects and initiatives impacting organizational engagement, climate, and performance. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Knowledge of labor legislation and personnel administration routines. * Experience with interview techniques, R\&S, benefits administration, and time tracking. * Familiarity with HR management systems and recruitment platforms. * Prior experience as a generalist HR professional handling multiple processes simultaneously.
