Job Summary: Senior HR and Personnel Department professional responsible for end-to-end people management—from recruitment and onboarding to payroll processing and document organization. Dynamic work environment that values senior-level experience Main responsibilities include managing the HR department, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, selecting candidates, handling onboarding and termination procedures, timekeeping and payroll closure, payroll value corrections, termination value corrections, periodic occupational health examinations (ASO), PPRA/PCMSO compliance processes, document organization and archiving, PPE distribution, personnel management for the company’s workforce, control spreadsheets, VR/VT/health plan administration—all within a Personnel Department framework. *REQUIREMENTS:* \- **REQUIRED**: Residency in S.J.P. \- **MANDATORY**: Senior-level profile. \- **MANDATORY**: Technical degree in the field and/or undergraduate degree (certificate required). \- **REQUIRED**: Experience with advanced Excel; advanced Word; payroll processing; document filing; conducting interviews. \- **REQUIRED**: Experience with employment record registration (CTPS). \- **REQUIRED**: Experience and proficiency in people management. \- Gender-neutral position; senior profile; possession of all required documentation for formal registration; ability to work effectively in teams; proof of COVID-19 vaccination; immediate hiring. Employment type: Permanent CLT, Full-time Compensation: R$2\.100,00 per month during probationary period (salary increase upon successful completion of probation, based on demonstrated proficiency in the role).
