Human Resources Consulting Firm is hiring a Fleet Supervisor in Colombo. **Responsibilities:** Plan, coordinate, and control all activities related to the flow of materials, products, information, and services within the company's supply chain. Ensure operational efficiency, cost reduction, and activity quality. Train and coordinate the workforce. Define strategies for transportation, warehousing, distribution, and replenishment. Monitor performance indicators and propose improvements. Negotiate contracts with carriers. Define routes, deadlines, and the most appropriate transportation methods. Monitor deliveries and ensure on-time fulfillment. Supervise receiving, verification, warehousing, and dispatch operations. Implement inventory practices and stock control. Use systems for logistics operations control. Set goals and track results.
