Job Summary: The LEAD DISPATCHER is responsible for supervising the dispatch team, ensuring compliance with procedures, and monitoring vehicle and goods flow. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership and task distribution for the operational team 2. Monitoring of procedures and auditing of standards 3. Vehicle flow control and loading verification **LEAD DISPATCHER:** 1\. Assign tasks to the operational team; 2\. Monitor activities performed in the department by third parties; 3\. Verify whether team members are following procedures and work instructions (standard auditing); 4\. Operate forklifts when necessary; **LEAD DISPATCHER:** 1\. Comply with safety regulations and other company policies; 10\. Monitor team compliance with safety regulations; 11\. Supervise area cleanliness and organization; 12\. Safeguard company assets and information security. **Requirements (Minimum Education | Experience | Minimum and Maximum Age):** * Completed High School. * 1 year of experience in dispatch and/or logistics. * Forklift operation knowledge.
