Support for administrative and billing routines **Position: Tax Assistant** Premium furniture store Campo Largo – PR | Bom Jesus District | On-site We are looking for a Tax Assistant to work in a dynamic environment with high billing volume, requiring agility, attention to detail, and accuracy in tax-related tasks. **Main Responsibilities** * Issue sales, transfer, return, and consignment invoices. * Verify and validate taxes applicable to transactions. * Support the correct application of ICMS, DIFAL, IPI, PIS, COFINS, and other state and municipal taxes. * Ensure fiscal information consistency prior to billing. * Provide support to the billing team during periods of higher demand or vacation coverage. * Assist administrative management with departmental routines and controls. **Requirements** * Prior experience in tax routines involving high-volume invoice issuance. * Knowledge of tax legislation, with emphasis on ICMS and other taxes applicable to commercial operations. * Experience in retail companies is considered an advantage, especially in the furniture sector or industries dealing with high-value goods. * Operational agility, organization, and attention to detail. * Prior experience in tax/fiscal roles within consulting firms or accounting offices. * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields (completed or in progress). * Organization, attention to detail, and commitment to deadlines. **Desired Profile** * A committed professional with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work effectively in a team. * Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining delivery quality, even under high-demand conditions. **We Offer:** * Remuneration: R$2.800,00 * Meal allowance: R$ 26.00 per day * Transportation allowance: R$12.00 per day * Health plan with co-payment * Pharmacy benefits * Life insurance Employment type: CLT Work format: On-site Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 17:33, with a 1-hour and 15-minute lunch break.
